The Boa Nova Tea House is the result of a project presented in a contest organized by the Municipality of Matosinhos. Fernando Távora was the winner and delivered the project to his collaborator at the time, Álvaro Siza.

The approach taken here is to pay detailed attention to the building, its most singular features, but also to
for its greatest characteristic, the implementation. In the adopted views, we can see that the shape of the object becomes indissociable with its implantation. Sometimes they are more intimist, in an attempt to represent this building in a more isolated way from its context, to present its most distinct forms. When the approach is distant, we can see how its implantation is in pure harmony with the natural landscape to which it already belongs.
